I'm Andreas — based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Engineer by training, transformation leader by profession. I spend my days working with enterprise AI tooling and digital transformation, and my evenings pushing the same ideas further — building things, breaking things, and writing about what I learn along the way.

This site is where that learning ends up.

What I'm into

AI and LLMs are a through-line across everything I do. At work, I lead teams through enterprise-grade AI adoption — the kind that has to meet compliance, auditability, and scale requirements. On my own time, I experiment with the cutting edge: agentic workflows, custom tooling, prompting patterns, and whatever else is moving fast enough to be worth understanding before it lands in the enterprise. The two feed each other — the enterprise work grounds the experiments, and the experiments inform what's coming next.

I also run a small 3D printing setup and enjoy the whole loop from CAD design to finished print. Hardware projects — custom PCBs, reverse engineering consumer electronics, Home Assistant integrations — scratch a similar itch.

On the infrastructure side, I self-host most of my own services and like understanding the full stack from Docker containers to DNS records. This blog is one of those projects.

Express + Handlebars, vanilla CSS, markdown files in git, Docker on a dedicated Hetzner server. No framework, no CMS. More about why in the first post.
